FCU LINK VALVE PACKAGE (Make – ATS, Germany)
For all size FCU’s & small AHU’s - For chilled/Hot water line a factory assembled complete DZR Brass kit, which consists of 3- Ball valves (Supply, Return & Bypass), Y-type strainer with drain cock, regulating valve (balancing valve) with fixed orifice plate which functions as a commissioning set & 2-way control valve with On/Off or Modulating actuator. Helical stainless steel 304 flexible connectors shall be provided along with the kit. The Valve kit shall be supplied with an insulation kit made of Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) to avoid damage by condensation or water. The FCU link valve kit shall be rated to PN 20 pressure rating after being tested at 40 bars and temperature up to 100°C.
One set of 20mm size shall be able to cover flow rates of 0.03 to 0.8 l/s, and 25mm shall cover flow up to 1.3 l/s.
The valve kit along with Flexible connectors, insulation box and control valve actuators shall be supplied by single manufacturer.
